RTCM Annual Assembly Meeting and Conference – May 7 – 12, 2017, Clearwater, Florida.

The Radio Technical Commission for Maritime Services (RTCM) is an international non-profit scientific, professional and educational organization involved on regional and international maritime radio radionavigation and radiocommunication policy issues, regulatory changes, and technical standards development.

Program – Registration – Hotel Reservations
RTCM’s Annual Assembly Meeting and Conference will be held May 7-12, 2017 at the Duval Conference Center, Clearwater, Florida. The meeting begins with a welcome reception Sunday evening, May 7. Three days of technical sessions will be held Monday through Wednesday, and a number of committee meetings and workshops will be held throughout the week. Hotel reservations can be made now at the Holiday Inn next to the conference center. (Be sure to use Group Code RTC when making your hotel reservation to receive our $139 group room rate (+13% hotel tax). Friday and Saturday nights are $179.) Suites and Gulf View rooms are available at an additional charge. Because of space limitations, valet parking only is available at $12 per day.

Please be aware that all room reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance to avoid a one-night room and tax charge. Government employees –a limited number of rooms are available at the official per diem rate with a copy of travel orders.

Meeting registration is now open using our registration form which you can e-mail, fax or mail as you prefer. Online meeting registration will also be available soon using a credit card on our secure site. The Website has preliminary information on the program which will be updated as the program is finalized.

Do you have a presentation proposal or suggestion at RTCM 2017?

The program is being put together now, and should be substantially completed by the end of March. Please reply to this E-mail with your proposal in the next few weeks. An early response is important. It is often difficult to accommodate last-minute presentation proposals.
