North South Nautical Group Inc. is pleased to announce the expansion of their yacht brokerage services to the Hamilton region of Western Lake Ontario.

Operating under the North South Yacht Sales (NSYS) banner, Harbour West Marina will be the newest office for NSYS, which currently has brokerage representation in Port Credit (Head Office), St. Catharines, Georgian Bay, and the Ottawa and Kingston regions.

Hamilton’s Harbour West Marina is currently undergoing a major redevelopment, with a significant increase in marine services. A new major feature is their 40,000 square foot indoor heated storage complex that houses approximately 75 boats and can handle vessels up to approximately 90 feet in length. There will be two marine lift piers with a 50ton and 80ton marine lift.

Harbour West Marina will have a new extensive floating dock system for 2017. The first phase, due to be completed this spring, will accommodate approximately 350 vessels with a possible future expansion.

NSYS President Mike Burns, is looking forward to this expansion: “The recent improvements and new developments at Harbour West Marina are truly impressive, and once completed, Harbour West will no doubt be one of the top rated marina facilities on Lake Ontario”.

Elif&Cenk have extensive brokerage knowledge from operating their own yacht brokerage in Istanbul, Turkey, to brokerage operations in Genoa (Italy), Miami (US) and later, more locally in Canada.

Kelly Flood, Marina Manager for Harbour West Marina, is pleased with the addition of the full-time yacht brokerage services at their facility: `I have worked with North South Yacht Sales and their crew for several years, and our boaters will be sure to benefit from the professional yacht brokerage services that they will offer`.
