The Boating Industry Canada Employer of Choice (BICEOC) Award program was present to the winner in the Dealers & Marinas Category to M&P Mercury Sales Ltd. in this important national employee development program.

This is the only “best employer” recognition award for Canada’s Recreational Marine Industry. This is a national program that creates leading employer brand recognition and a true competitive advantage for attracting, retaining and engaging top talent. There are two award categories:
