Congratulations to Terri and Brian McCormack of Washago, Ontario who won the Buy a Boat & Win Promotion from the 2018 Toronto International Boat Show.

The McCormack’s were first timers to the boat show but long time boaters. They attended the TIBS Preview Day to buy their boat and purchased a 20’ Bennington pontoon.

The Buy a Boat & Win Promotion started 14 years ago and was intended to i) promote a retail environment by incenting consumers to buy at the show ii) develop collective statistics for overall economic PR, associated with the show’s marketing.

This year there were 907 boats reported sold – generating $38,388,906.00

Remember that these numbers only reflect those dealers and consumers that participated in the program and who reported that they bought a boat. The data does not represent the total number of boats sold at the show.
