CHAPARRAL AND ROBALO BOATS OFFER SUPPORT TO THOSE IMPACTED BY HURRICANE MICHAEL

Chaparral Robalo Hurricane Report

Oct 30, 2018

On October 10th, 2018, Florida’s Panhandle and southwest Georgia were severely impacted by a catastrophic Category 4 hurricane. Hurricane Michael is responsible for several fatalities and left major destruction in its path.

Being in such close proximity to the hurricane’s path left the employees of Chaparral and Robalo Boats with a desire to support our dealers, customers and neighbors affected by this natural disaster. The employees of Chaparral and Robalo Boats in Nashville, Georgia rallied together as a community to help the victims of Hurricane Michael. Desperately needed supplies and monetary donations were collected and delivered over the past weeks by several employees leading the donation efforts.

“It is heartbreaking to see the destruction caused by Hurricane Michael across the Florida Panhandle and our thoughts and prayers are with all of those impacted.” The people of Panama City and surrounding areas were extremely grateful to receive the critical supplies. Some have left comments on social media to show their appreciation, while others made a poster and signed their thanks. Chaparral and Robalo Boats is proud of the employee-led effort to help provide relief to the areas affected by Hurricane Michael.
