GEORGIAN COLLEGE ABYC SYSTEMS CERTIFICATION COURSE IN DECEMBER

ABYC Georgian

Nov 19, 2019

The Georgian College Midland, Ontario campus will hold an ABYC Systems Certification course coming up on December 17th to 19th.

This is a great opportunity for marine industry professionals and students alike, to raise their knowledge and skill level at a time when business is slowing and most people have time.

Note that Transport Canada Marine Safety and Security (TCMSS) has just published a policy on the acceptance of ABYC standards as an approved alternative method for small vessel compliance in Canada. The policy is effective as of Oct. 30, 2019. Familiarity with ABYC standards will be increasingly valuable in future.

Places are still open for these ABYC Systems Certification courses at Georgian College. The courses and dates are:

Marine Systems Certification – December 17th to 19th 2019  https://abycinc.org/events/EventDetails.aspx?id=1218539&group=

Marine Electrical Certification – February 25th to 27th 2020  https://abycinc.org/events/EventDetails.aspx?id=1261894&group=
