ASA ELECTRONICS® FILLS IN THEIR PRODUCT LINEUP WITH A SHORT DIN STEREO

In addition to their already extensive lineup of products, ASA Electronics is adding the JHD1130WP Heavy Duty Radio which fills a need for a short DIN stereo. Many excavators and other machines require less than three inches mounting depth and this radio was built to fit.

“This unit, in addition to having a short DIN chassis, also features a waterproof face (IPX5), which makes it a great option for many side x sides and open station tractors,” Fred Roetker, HD Industry Manager at ASA Electronics said.

A versatile radio, this is perfect for the construction industry with their excavators and even the powersports industry for side x sides. Its feature set includes 12V DC power with a max power output of 30W x 4, an electronic AM/FM tuner and a RCA AUX input pigtail. It also has added safety features including NOAA 7-channel weather band and amber backlighted control panel buttons.

The Aux-in is off the back of this product in order to keep it waterproof, so a jPortG is recommended when installing this unit.

ASA Electronics® has been designing and manufacturing mobile electronic products for the Marine, RV, PowerSports, Agricultural, Construction, Commercial Vehicle, and Bus industries since 1977.
