Our BC captains can expect to be on call 24/7/365. While weather and seasonal changes do slow us down in the winter, we are available to help our west coast boaters all year round. Our Ontario captains can expect to be on call 24/7 between May and November. We have fluctuating busyness in these months, with long weekends and evenings receiving the most calls.

Captains Going Above and Beyond

Each C-Tow Captain is Transport Canada trained and licensed. Our Captains participate in joint planning and training sessions with the Canadian Coast Guard and adhere to the Coast Guard towing policy. They are seasoned marine experts in their local community, fully conversant with local waterways and a variety of marine conditions. Calm and efficient in emergency situations, they really go the extra mile in supporting our customers. C-Tow Captains are the cornerstone of our outstanding customer experience.
