Make your plans to register for ABBRA’s six boatyard-focused sessions in the educational program at IBEX taking place from October 17 to 19, 2011 in Louisville, Kentucky.

The Monday, October 17 Sessions, #104 are “Estimates and Quotes” with Jim Bronstien (Marine Business Advisors) and also #404 “Boat Owners: Our Shared Customer Base” with a panel of presenters; Jim Bronstien, Thom Dammrich (National Marine Manufacturers Association), James Frye (Association of Marina Industries – AMI) and Phil Keeter (Marine Retailers Association of America).

The Tuesday, October 18 Sessions are #704 “Large Repair Management: Working With Owners” with Jim Moores (Moores Marine of the Palm Beaches, Inc.) and then #1004 “Handling Customer Complaints” with Steve D’Antonio (Steve D’Antonio Marine Consulting, Inc.).

The Wednesday, October 19 Sessions are #1304 “Respirators and Fall Protection” with  Kellie Thornell-Crete (Ink, Inc.) and then #1604 “Marine Facility Hazards” with both Kellie Thornell-Crete and Loren Griswold (Rimkus, Inc.)
