CRUISERS’ 328 SPORT SERIES BOW RIDER CROWNED 2013’s BOAT OF THE YEAR

Cruisers Sport 328 Bow Rider

Cruisers Yachts, a world-renowned manufacturer of luxury yachts and sport boats, is pleased to announce Boating Magazine has bestowed the 328 Sport Series with its coveted Boat of the Year award for 2013. Editor’s named the vessel “Boat of the Year” after reviewing performance data and commentary from the magazine’s Tech Team. In all, the group assessed approximately 100 vessels between 30 and 70 feet. Each test considers a boat’s construction, design, styling, performance, and adherence to the standards set by the American Boat and Yacht Council. Boats in contention must also meet the demands of the mission for boats in their category. The 328 SS was chosen because it led all others in innovation and excellence in a brand-new boat category.

“Having the 328 SS recognized by Boating Magazine as the very best, across this broad selection of boats, is truly an honor as well as a confirmation of our strategy,” said Mark Pedersen, President of KCS International, Inc. “When we made the decision to add a Sport Series line we believed the market was ready for a quality yacht manufacturer to extend its superior design, engineering, and workmanship into the sport boat category. The 328 is the first sport series design completely under the KCS umbrella. This award speaks to our ability to extend the craftsmanship that built our reputation in the yacht business into this category.”

From bow to stern, the stylish and functional design of the 328 SS is the flagship of the Cruisers Sport Series line. To learn more about the features of the 328 Sport Series above and below deck including specs, please visit www.cruisersyachts.com/company/news.
