Lori Mason Retires from The Store May 19

After 34 years at The Store, Lori Mason is retiring. Her deal to sell The Store is complete and her last days will be Friday May 18 from 10am-4pm and Saturday May 19 from 10am-4pm. We would like to invite you to come by The Store on those days to say goodbye, sign a book and give Lori a lasting memory of all those who were so much a part of her life.

An active and respected member of the Canadian Marine Industry, she was the recipient of the CASBA Award for Top Individual Dedicated to Safe Boating for her many safety seminars in 2000; the OMOA Gordon Blake Visionary Award 2003 and Yachtsman of the Year Environmental 2004 for stocking and promoting environmentally friendly products.  In 2008, Lori was awarded the OMOA Green Leaf Eco-Rating 5 Anchor and to top it off she was awarded the Yachtsman of the year trophy for 2011.  And of course Lori is founder of the Port Credit In-Water Boat Show and WOW (Women On the Water) program. Lori will continue as Show Manager and the 2012 Port Credit In-Water Boat Show will be held this August 24 to 26. Information is available at www.portcreditboatshow.ca .
