  • ABYC WEBINAR – Ed Sherman on Using A TDR to Trace On Board Electrical Faults

On Wednesday, July 20, 2011  starting at 1:00 p.m. EST, you can joing Ed Sherman in the ABYC Webinar on  Using A TDR to Trace On Board Electrical Faults. Historically TDR’s have been used almost exclusively by telecom and military technicians to trace wire and cable run faults. This is in large part due to the restrictive cost of TDR instruments. In recent years that has changed with the introduction of cost effective alpha-numeric TDR devices. Today you can get into the game for under $500. After this session the attendee will understand clearly how they can save many countless hours tracing wire runs on boats. The time you’ll save following the techniques presented in this webinar will pay for the TDR in no time.
