Small Town Dealer Wins Big Time Regal Service and Sales Awards!

For the second time in four years Crate's Lake Country Boats has been named Regal Marine Industries #1 Dealer worldwide for Customer Service!

Earlier this month Crate’s Lake Country Boats attended Regal’s dealer conference in Sanibel, Florida and came home, literally, with a boat load of awards. In addition to their CSI award, Crate’s also won Regal’s prestigious President’s Club Award, finishing #3 worldwide for sales volume. Not too shabby for a small town Canadian dealer with 18 employees!

As participants in the National Marine Manufacturer’s Association (NMMA) Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) program, Regal polls its customers extensively on their satisfaction with their boat, motor and dealership experience. For the 2012 model year Crate’s Lake Country Boats took top honors for having the highest CSI rating in a strong field of high-performing Regal dealers.

No stranger to the awards podium, Crate’s Lake Country Boats does a remarkable job holding it’s own against some huge North American competitors. Clearly these achievements don’t come without a lot of hard work. According to the Crate’s this work is done by an extraordinary team of employees who consistently deliver on the company’s promise of “quality boats, exceptional service.” Good old-fashioned word of mouth pretty much takes care of the rest!

For the better part of a decade Crate’s Lake Country Boats has been in Regal’s upper ranks for customer service and sales volume. In 2008 the Crate’s team took top spot for CSI and in 2010 they were the top selling dealer worldwide! According to the Crate’s they have their sights set on winning both the sales and service awards in the same year; a lofty goal to be sure but one they are certain they can achieve.

Owners Brian, Jason and Dan congratulate their team on an incredible 2012 season and thank all their loyal customers for living the dream and owning a boat!

Family owned and operated with four generations of experience in recreational boating, Crate's Lake Country Boats is located at the Atherley Narrows in Orillia, Ontario. They are a multi award-winning dealer representing the full line of Regal and Pursuit boats. For more information visit www.crateslakecountryboats.com
