He played a key role in the Ontario Royal Agricultural Winter Fair and was a proud supporter of children in 4H Clubs.  On Bowen Island, Gordon served on the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Fire Department.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army, Canuck Place, Looking Glass Foundation would be gratefully appreciated.  We will greatly miss his love and passion for life, his ambition for excellence and his daily list of things that must get done.  He loved having his family around him and lived his life with many passions, he will always be remembered for family, business, agriculture and boating.  A memorial service to celebrate his life was held Friday, November 9th at Seymour Golf & Country Club in North Vancouver.
