Marine Technician/Mechanical

Description and Scope of Work:
-Responsible for regular service and maintenance to marine outboard, inboard engines and propulsion systems.
-Commissioning and spring launching boats.
-Diagnose and repair of engines and drive systems.
-Diagnose systems on boats from 16′ to 50′ and repair.
-Assembly, rigging, pre delivery inspection and final water test new boats.
-Winterizing boats.
-Documenting service notes and recommendations on the computer.

-Must Have own basic tools.

-Beneficial but not required are Ontario boat technician licence and or Class A or M licence.

Hurst Marina is a year round, on the water parts/service & sales operation. Pay commensurate on experience. Health benefits and retirement plan offered
