Description: Mercury Marine Limited, a Brunswick company, is the largest distributor of marine propulsion systems and related parts and accessories in Canada.  There is currently an opening within the Service Department for a Technical Account Manager (Marine) covering Southern Ontario.

This position entails managing a service territory to enhance dealer capabilities and customer satisfaction, service management, service profits and resolve dealer/consumer problems.  As well, to provide dealer and retail customers with marine technical/service support, assistance in the areas of service management, customer relations/satisfaction, warranty adjustments, and product performance.

We are looking for a full-time team member to join Bluewater as an Office Manager.  This is a hands-on leadership position with direct responsibility for 3 – 5 office team members.  The Office Manager’s mission is to create happy clients by organizing the Bluewater office team, technical team, and supplier partners.  The successful candidate will be a strong verbal and written communicator with some project management skills, bookkeeping skills and a nose for sales and profitability.  The role will appeal to candidates that like to be in the middle of the action in an ops centre environment.

Description: Canada’s largest inflatable boat dealer is looking for an experienced Parts and Service Coordinator. Must have outboard parts experience ( preferably Yamaha ). The Parts Coordinator for Co2 Inflatables is responsible to oversee the parts department and is the primary parts sales person. Duties performed include managing inventory and reordering parts as needed. At all times, they must ensure that inventory is sufficiently stocked to meet customer needs and encourage sales. The Parts Coordinator reports to the Co2 Inflatables General Manager. Previous parts experience is necessary and experience in the Marine Industry is a plus. Customer service, organizational and communication skills are a must. Excellent product knowledge, good administrative skills and inventory management experience are equally important along with good sales and customer service skills.

Description & Scope of Work: Responsibilities include diagnostic and repair of outboard motors, inboard/outboards and PWC’s, rigging of new motors, installing accessories including depth finders, electric trolling motors, bilge pumps, etc.  Trailer bearings and electrical.  Moving boats in the yard and lifting engines.

Qualifications & Compensation: At least 2 years of outboard motor repairs or equivalent. Valid G licence in good standing.  Must be able to operate a forklift. The ideal candidate will be able to work without a cell phone nearby.

Description and scope of work: At this time, we need to add a fully qualified and certified marine technician to our busy repair shop.   We are looking for someone with at least 10 years experience in Evinrude or Mercury outboards, and Mercruiser stern drives.  This position is full time, year round with a wage rate of $30/hour for the right candidate.

Qualifications & Compensation: Certification and training in one or more of the following: Evinrude/Johnson, Mercury, and/or Mercruiser. Wage rate of $30/hr is being offered for the right candidate. Must have own tools and valid drivers license.
