Mr. David E. Marlow, Chairman of Marlow Acquisitions, LLC has announced that the rebirth of “America’s Trawler” will take place at the Miami International Boat Show next month, February 14-18, with the unveiling of the NEW Marlow Mainship 32. “I am excited, filled with pride and enthusiasm to bring this fine brand back to the boating public with a new 32’ sedan trawler filled with features that exceed today’s boaters demands,” stated David. This followed the all NEW Marlow Hunter 40 introduced at the Annapolis Show in October setting the standard for quality and comfort in the 40’ sailboat range.

Marlow Acquisitions, LLC purchased all the assets of Hunter Marine Corporation and selected assets including the molds, tooling, and branding rights to Mainship in August of 2012. The NEW Marlow Mainship 32 will be built by Marlow Hunter at its’ manufacturing facility in Florida, the Hunter sailboat brand has been built for 40 years without an interruption.
Marlow Mainship plans a minimum of four new models over the next two model years to position itself as “America’s largest Trawler” brand. “New designs, wonderful fine woodwork, and exotic resin on the Mainship brand makes for exciting times,” concluded David. Dealer selection and retail activity begin at the 2013 Miami International Boat Show.
Marlow will mount a major showing of new yachts at the Miami International Boat Show this year. In addition to the Marlo Mainship and Marlow Hunter yachts, the builder will announce another brand new model from the drafting board and research-development at Marlow Yachts. It is the Marlow Explorer 62E, the first of a new series whose innovations, quality, technology, seaworthiness and voyaging capability will set new standards for the industry at large.  The 62E features a beam of 19’6”, approximately one foot additional compared to the ever-popular Marlow Explorer 61E, thus making every area of the vessel, both interior and exterior larger.

Then comes the brand new Marlow Explorer 66. Hull #1 of the Marlow Explorer 66 sports a light green hull that coincides with her name, “Sea Foam”.  This remarkable and head turning boat with new and exciting innovative features and layout from the Marlow Yachts team will be built in their environmentally green award winning factory.
Next, the Marlow Explorer 97E, hull #3, will make her debut at the Miami International Boat Show. Exceptional speed and performance are standard Marlow Hallmarks and this new 97 is no exception with top speeds of over 30 knots, a range that is normally off limits to vessels of this size other than large dayboats with very large engines and limited range.  Holding 4600 gallons of usable capacity in fuel assure adequate reserves for a range of 3700 miles at 8.5 knots or 1000 miles at almost 30 knots with safe reserves.
Marlow Yachts enjoy the highest rating available under CE Ocean Class yachts but also feature “unrestricted navigation” certificates issued by Bureau VERITAS after microscopic inspection and testing of their proprietary Full Stack Infusion® process that verifies no other technology equals this exciting breakthrough in strength or durability.

Finally, hull #37 in the latest 57E series of yachts is steaming across the ocean to make her debut at the Miami International Boat Show.

Show visitors and yacht buyers should be ready for an outstanding display at the Miami International Boat Show of all Marlow companies including four new Marlow Explorers at 57-62-66 and 97’, the custom Sprite and Gypsy tenders, the all new and ground breaking Marlow-Mainship 32 debut, along with Marlow-Hunter sailboats including the instantly acclaimed new 40. Visit the Marlow display at the Sea Isle Marina–Biscayne Bay- Pier 1, February 14 to 18, 2013.
