Safashor Products International, manufacturer of safe boarding solutions, has signed the Ibsen Company as its newest sales representative. Stephen Resta, Safashor president, made the announcement.

For nearly 70 years, the Ibsen Company has represented manufacturers within the marina and recreational and commercial boating segments. It will market Safashor products throughout the western US and Canada including Alaska, Alberta, Arizona, British Columbia, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Its website is www.ibsenco.com.

“We’re pleased to be working with Ron Ibsen and his team,” said Resta. “They understand the Safashor product concept and have close ties within their markets that will help raise awareness of our safety gangplanks.”

Designed to accommodate tidal fluctuations, Safashor gangplanks mount permanently to docks or vessels. Quickly deployed with attached handles, they make boarding and disembarking safe and easy, especially for those with mobility issues or a fear of falling. Tested to hold 350 lbs., they’re built using premium marine-grade materials for a long service life. A video is at bit.ly/Safashor. Visit: www.safashor.com.
