Discover Boating has launched the final episode in its five-part digital video series ‘Boating Basics: Pro Tips’ powered by Progressive®. The final episode, “5 Essential Rules of the Water,” is a quick guide to learning the general boating “rules of the road” – from proper boating terms to manoeuvering regulations and simple etiquette tips.

Industry stakeholders are encouraged to share the video on social channels, websites and in emails to help engage, educate and connect with customers.

BC Ferries vessel Queen of Surrey is expected to remain out of commission until the end of the month, according to BC Ferries.

The vessel, which has been in service for more than 40 years, was pulled from the Horseshoe Bay to Langdale service on January 1st to undergo repairs to its propulsion system.
