Indmar Celebrates 24 Years at the Helm of Customer Satisfaction
March 3, 2026
For the twenty-fourth consecutive year, the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) has awarded Indmar Marine Engines with a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction.
With this milestone achievement, Indmar proudly marks 24 years at the helm of customer satisfaction, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to delivering world-class engines and unmatched dealer support. Indmar’s Raptor Series and EcoBoost platforms continue to deliver premium performance, reliability, and innovation for boaters worldwide.
“Earning the CSI award for twenty-four consecutive years speaks directly to the dedication of our team, our boat building parnters and dealer network who serve our customers every day,” said Tim Maher, President of Indmar Marine Engines. “Remaining at the helm for over two decades requires continuous innovation, certificate training for service technicians through Indmar University and a relentless commitment to supporting the dealers who represent our brand.”
The Marine Industry CSI program honors manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement. Indmar has once again achieved the independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction, based on customer feedback from new engine purchases.
A cornerstone of Indmar’s success is its comprehensive dealer and technician training program. Through Indmar University, the company personally trains and certifies each authorized service technician via virtual instruction and advanced hands-on sessions. Dealers are required to complete this certification to ensure consistent, high-quality service across Indmar’s network of more than 1,600 dealer showrooms and service centers.
“Customer satisfaction doesn’t happen by accident,” Maher continued. “It’s built through education, accountability, innovation and strong partnerships with our OEMs and dealers. After 24 years, we’re still focused on raising the bar.”
