These changes, effective as of August 8th, signify the company’s commitment to enhancing its overall business performance in a rapidly evolving industry. 

Under the new organizational structure, Baxter Bolton will assume the role of Vice President, Sales and Product, and Kent Beckman will assume the role of Vice President, Operations and Administration.

With his extensive knowledge in operations management, Kent will streamline internal processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall organizational performance.
