Nimbus Group buys EdgeWater Boats for $9.5m
We have learned from our associates at BoatTest.com that in an agreement signed March 8th, 2023 Nimbus Group acquired all of the shares in EdgeWater Power Boats for a cash consideration of US$9.5m on a cash and debt-free basis, corresponding to approximately SEK 100m.

The Limestone Boat Company announces plans for new facility in Atlantic Canada
Boating Industry Canada recently spoke to Scott Hanson, CEO at The Limestone Boat Company for an update on the company’s plans. The company had previously purchased the Aquasport line and factory in Tennessee where they intended to produce Limestone boats alongside Aquasport production, but a variety of circumstances including the impact of COVID-19 resulted in a shutdown of that plant on January 20th 2023.
