SABRE YACHTS 3000TH HULL, A SABRE 48 SALON EXPRESS, SHIPS FROM THE BOAT BUILDERS RAYMOND YARD

Saber Yacht

The very first Sabre yacht, was a Sabre 28 sailboat appropriately named Patience. Sabre repurchased her from her original owners ten years ago. She is still in perfect condition but like any 40 year old boat she did need some attention to get her back to her Bristol condition. She had been sold in 1971 to our local dealership Handy Boat and her retail price with options was $14,335.00.

In 1997, Sabre celebrated the building of the 2000th. boat, a Sabre 402 sailing yacht.  And now, some 43 years after Patience, we are extremely proud to deliver the 3000th Sabre, a Sabre 48 Salon Express, to Boston Yacht Sales of North Weymouth, MA. Times have changed, and Sabre Yachts today builds powerboat models in a range from 38 to 54 feet with a 66 footer under development for a 2015 launch. The Sabre 48 has been a strong part of the Sabre range for some time and continues to be extremely popular in markets all over the USA. Boston Yacht Sales has already delivered several Sabre 48's to clients in Massachusetts.

Boston Yacht Sales has represented Sabre Yachts for over 18 years.  This family owned business has been offering trusted marine consulting and services since 1953 so its no wonder that our extensive Sabre (and Back Cove) line of yachts are an important part of their operation.  In 2014 Boston Yacht Sales became an Endorsed Brokerage Firm by the Certified Professional Yacht Brokers Association of YBAA; with less than 40 recognized dealerships in the country with this distinction, we're proud to have them onboard in our dealer network. With offices 12 miles south of Boston and in Falmouth harbor at the gateway to the south coast, Cape Cod and the Islands, they are always ready to show you why the Sabre brand represents not only the best built in Maine, but a yacht of distinction worldwide.
