We’re thrilled to announce that the Level Up! Career Fair is making its way to a location near you in the coming months! This is an incredible opportunity to connect with young minds and inspire them to pursue a fulfilling career in the marine industry.

Why Your Participation Matters: As a member of the marine industry, your involvement is key to the success of this event. We’re looking for passionate individuals who can share their knowledge and enthusiasm for the marine industry with students. Your contribution can play a vital role in guiding the next generation towards the diverse career paths our industry has to offer.

How You Can Make a Difference:

            • Booth Representation: Engage with students, answer their questions, and provide insights into the marine industry.

            • Career Talks: Share your personal career journey and experiences in the marine industry. Real-life stories can inspire students as they consider their future career choices.

            • Job and Internship Opportunities: Promote any available positions within your organization. Offering tangible pathways can help students take their first steps into the industry.

            • Networking: Connect with other professionals and educators to build relationships that support career development initiatives for youth.

BC Ferries vessel Queen of Surrey is expected to remain out of commission until the end of the month, according to BC Ferries.

The vessel, which has been in service for more than 40 years, was pulled from the Horseshoe Bay to Langdale service on January 1st to undergo repairs to its propulsion system.
