Moncton Boat and Sportsmen’s Show wraps up highly successful edition

The Moncton Coliseum Complex was the place to be for boating and outdoor enthusiasts as the Moncton Boat and Sportsmen’s Show hosted its 2024 edition. The show welcomed thousands of visitors eager to kick-off the summer season over the course of the 3-day event, March 22nd-24th.
 
The region’s top dealers displayed the latest models of power boats, pontoons, personal watercraft and marine accessories on the Boat Show side of the event. In the adjacent halls, the spotlight was on the latest fly-fishing, angling, and outdoor equipment for the Sportsmen’s portion. The dual event was a huge hit amongst all outdoor recreation lovers.
 
There was fun for the whole family with features taking place all weekend long:

            • Archery demos from Archery NB

            • The International Fly-Fishing Film Festival hosted by the Dieppe Fly Tying Club, with proceeds going to the Dieppe Fly Tying Club

            • Live fly-tying from local professionals

            • The casting aisle where visitors could test their aim

            • The seminar stage with presentations from local professionals

            • And more!

Visitors were encouraged to scan the QR code at the door for the chance to win one of four door prizes! Congratulations to this year’s winners:

            • Heidi Carrier who won a Daymak eBike from eDrive Powersports

            • Tim Feetham who won a Sportz Truck Tent from Napier

            • David Kennedy who won a guided striped bass fly fishing trip for 2 courtesy of show ambassador, Alex Swartman

            • Gregor Wilson who won a $500 Minnow Tackle Shop Gift Card

The show would also like to thank its official media partner Strikeback SportFishing and its two show ambassadors: Alex Swartman and Fishing with Damon.

The show is excited to announce it will return in 2025 at a NEW DATE! The next edition of the show will be held April 4-6, 2025.
