Boating BC’s Marine Career Committee gears up

Boating BC

Aug 15, 2022

Boating BC’s recently expanded Marine Careers Committee has been meeting to plan out strategies and campaigns to attract skilled workers and apprentices to our industry. A new social media campaign is in the planning and production stages aimed directly at youth looking for a rewarding and fun career, but the association needs your support. In addition to planed video shoots at various locations, we need images and videos of people working in the industry. From marine mechanical technicians, to upholstery, fiberglass work, parts counters and everything in between.

If you have photos or videos you can share, please upload them here. Stay tuned for some great social media posts that you can share with your networks and let’s get youth excited about working in our great industry.

BOATING BC JOB BOARD

Did you know that Boating BC’s website has a job posting board? You can easily submit a job posting that will be displayed on our Careers Page and you can easily upload and edit the content yourself.

Simply log in to the site with your user credentials, go to the Careers drop down and select “Job Postings”, then click on “Post a Job”. We can also assist from the office at any time.
