Join the Level Up Skilled Trades Fairs – Connect with Young Career-Seekers

September 23, 2025

The Ontario Ministry of Labour has announced the Fall 2025 Level Up Skilled Trades Fairs and this is your chance to connect with young Career-Seekers.

The first few dates have passed but there are many more opportunities to get involved!

Last year, Boating Ontario put recreational boating in front of over 40,000 eager young minds. This is your chance to connect with the next technician, aspiring parts or service writer – or another future team member.

Boating Ontario is introducing a Board-approved incentive program to make your involvement even more rewarding:

Attend 1 Full Day → Receive $100 towards your 2025 BOA Conference registration
Attend 2 Full Days → Receive $200 towards your 2025 BOA Conference registration etc.
(Doesn’t have to be the same person on each day.)

NEW for 2025 – Every participating member will be entered into a $1,000 training draw:
1 day = 1 ballot, 3 days = 3 ballots etc.
Three winners will each receive $1,000 towards OEM training, ABYC training, or MRAA participation (including Dealer Week).

BOA’s official attendance dates are as follows:

Hamilton/Ancaster November 4 to 6

London November 10 to 13

GTA East (Oshawa) November 17 to 20

GTA West (Mississauga) November 24 to 28

Ottawa December 9 to 12

All of this is made possible thanks to your Board of Directors and funding from the MarineWorx Development Fund.
