The Level Up! Career Fair is underway across Ontario

Levelup 400

Oct 3, 2023

The Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training, and Skills Development, has once again launched “hands-on” career fairs to attract students from Grades 7 to 12 interested in the skilled trades.

This event aims to connect talented individuals with people in various trades to help guide and answer any questions they may have. This is our chance to encourage students from our local high schools to join the marine industry.

Why Participate: Access to Top Talent: Engage with a pool of talented and motivated high school students who are interested in joining a trade as a career.

Showcase Our Industry: Present our industry’s vision, culture, and available job positions to attract future hires.

Networking Opportunities: Connect with students within your community for potential co-op positions, future job positions and summer jobs that are available.

Visibility: Gain visibility for the marine industry as a whole that values talent and is invested in career development.

Spread the Word: Feel free to share this exciting news with your colleagues and associates who might be interested in attending the Career Fair. We believe that this event will not only provide remarkable opportunities for students but also enable your company to connect with exceptional talent.
