Cruisers Yachts Expands FLY Series with New 50-Foot Flybridge

December 23, 2025

Cruisers Yachts announced the launch of the all-new 50 FLY, the newest addition to its FLY Series. Building on the success of the 57 FLY, the 50 FLY brings big-boat features, refined design, and long-range livability to an owner-operator-friendly size.

Designed and handcrafted in the United States, the 50 FLY features a performance-oriented hull developed specifically for flybridge seakeeping. An expansive 15’9” beam delivers exceptional stability and interior volume, allowing the yacht to feel significantly larger than its length overall. The result is a comfortable-sized platform for entertaining, cruising, and extended time on the water.

“Building on the legacy of our flagship 57 FLY, the 50 FLY ushers in a true flybridge series,” said Mark Pedersen, President of Cruisers Yachts. “As our first-ever 50-foot flybridge, it delivers unprecedented space, design, and performance in this size range.”

The exterior and interior design carry forward the same clean, timeless style introduced with the 57 FLY. Inside, natural light and an elevated material palette create open, airy living spaces designed for comfort and usability. Thoughtful design into the yacht’s livability is a core focus throughout, with generous storage at the transom, in the galley, and across all staterooms.

Among the yacht’s notable features is a deployable aft cockpit power shade, a first for Cruisers Yachts at the 50-foot range, providing added privacy and sun protection. The main salon is designed as a social space, featuring a raised living area and a pivoting helm seat that integrates into the L-shaped seating arrangement. A sliding door at the helm offers direct access to the side deck, complemented by side boarding gates on both port and starboard.

“The 50 FLY is the result of a year-long engineering process shaped by feedback from Cruisers Yachts owners,” said Josh Delforge, Vice President of Operations and Engineering. “It delivers the same quality materials and elevated aesthetic as the 57 FLY, but in a 50-foot platform.

Accommodations include a three-stateroom layout with a single-level, full-beam owner’s suite, a forward VIP stateroom with a queen berth, and a third stateroom with bunked twin beds. Natural light is carried throughout the accommodations level through large hull-side windows, bringing tranquility and the beauty of the water below deck. The flybridge offers a spacious and secure layout with dinette seating, a wet bar, and multiple lounging areas, all protected by a rigid hardtop.

“The 50 FLY was designed for couples and families seeking comfort, space, and versatility in a flybridge yacht,” said Dan Zenz, Vice President of Sales. “It delivers a true flybridge experience in a highly competitive size segment.”

The launch of the 50 FLY further expands the Cruisers Yachts FLY series and reinforces the brand’s commitment to bringing thoughtful design, effortless comfort, and elevated style to the flybridge segment. Learn more https://www.cruisersyachts.com/fly/50-fly.
