BOATING ONTARIO ANNOUNCES NEW MEMBERSHIP & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR MADI LACEY

Madi Lacey

Aug 20, 2019

Madi Lacey has recently joined the Boating Ontario team in the position of Membership and Communications Coordinator, and while she may be new to the role, she is by no means new to the industry. Before starting with Boating Ontario, her life was centered around the docks of family owned and operated Wright’s Marina Limited, which was started by her great grandfather George Wright nearly 70 years ago. Madi’s parents have owned the marina for the last 20 years, which has given her the opportunity to gain valuable experience in many aspects of the recreational boating industry. Though Madi started as a dockhand, she quickly took on more responsibility as a Store Manager and an Accounts Administrator. She then became the Director of Marketing & Client Services, a position very similar to what she is doing here at Boating Ontario. Additionally, she has had some exposure to the parts & service and trade dealer sides of the business through her dad, Graham. Madi is excited to be part of the Boating Ontario team; please feel free to call or email her with your questions, or to welcome her to the Association!
