Andy Lindsay joins forces with the Boat Warehouse

Dave Mayhew, President of The Boat Warehouse is pleased to announce that Andy Lindsay  joined The Boat Warehouse in the position of General Manager on January 1st, 2023.

Andy Lindsay is a veteran marine industry executive. His career goes back thirty-seven years in manufacturing and operations. Andy has been doing business with The Boat Warehouse for the past thirty years and now moves to a new chapter in his career as General Manager there. Since 1991, Andy has been deeply involved in all aspects of the Four Winns boat brand going from National Sales Manager to Vice President of Four Winns, Glastron and Scarab, all now part of the Beneteau organization. Lindsay’s product knowledge and marketing experience with Four Winns is unequalled.

Dave Mayhew founded The Boat Warehouse establishing their head office on the water in Kingston, Ontario on the shores of Lake Ontario. This continues to be the company’s primary location but they have now expanded to two other locations including Coldwater on Georgian Bay and DT Powersports in Uxbridge.

Under Mayhew’s guidance, The Boat Warehouse has earned numerous awards as North America’s number-one dealer for Four Winns and also for Lowe Boats. Andy Lindsay will be carrying on those traditions. He was full on board for their greatly expanded display at the Toronto International Boat Show this January. Andy Lindsay will be located in Kingston.

BC Ferries vessel Queen of Surrey is expected to remain out of commission until the end of the month, according to BC Ferries.

The vessel, which has been in service for more than 40 years, was pulled from the Horseshoe Bay to Langdale service on January 1st to undergo repairs to its propulsion system.
