Join Ontario Sailing to honour Glenn Lethbridge’s career in sailing, especially his 18 years of service at the helm of Ontario Sailing as Executive Director, as he starts to head into the bay towards the retirement dock.

This is a great opportunity to connect with your sailing friends from across the province, celebrate everything that has happened in sailing over the last few years and spend an enjoyable afternoon together.

  • Sunday October 6th, 2024
  • 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
  • Buffet Lunch available 12:30-2:30 pm
  • Short program will be presented at 2:00 pm
  • Buffalo Canoe Club, 4475 Erie Road, Ridgeway, ON L0S 1N0

Tickets include lunch & non-alcoholic beverages and are $70.00 per person. Ticket sales end on Monday, September 30th at noon.

BC Ferries vessel Queen of Surrey is expected to remain out of commission until the end of the month, according to BC Ferries.

The vessel, which has been in service for more than 40 years, was pulled from the Horseshoe Bay to Langdale service on January 1st to undergo repairs to its propulsion system.
