On September 26, 2024 Attwood® announced the launch of the Latitude™ Evolve electric seat pedestal. The Latitude Evolve range features precise electric controls, including powered fore and aft slide, with memory function and flexible installation options.

“When boaters are at the helm, they desire control, comfort and flexibility and the new Latitude Evolve delivers that,” said Patrick Roberts, VP and General Manager, Performance Components at Navico Group. “Similar to the premium technology found in cars today, Latitude Evolve allows boaters to customize their seat positions with the push of a button. We are proud to introduce Attwood’s most innovative marine seating pedestal to date, providing a more modern and enhanced experience for boaters.”

Latitude Evolve makes adjusting seats smoother and easier than ever. Featuring automotive-style switch options, Evolve provides effortless control of rise and slide positioning, and an easily accessible lever allows for manual swivel control. Plus, on selected models, NMEA 2000® compatibility lets boaters control their seats via their display for a truly seamless experience. Additionally, Evolve introduces two programmable memory positions, making it easier for boaters to co-pilot their boat. It’s as simple as selecting the desired seat position and the pedestal will automatically adjust to the most comfortable setting, providing a premium helm experience while on the water.

The Latitude Evolve range features a variety of plug and play control and installation options, allowing boaters to choose the perfect model for their vessel. Thru-deck and above-deck mounting options, as well as a range of control options, are available. Developed with superior durability, Evolve is manufactured using anodized aluminum to provide the ultimate protection from the wind, rain, and sea, meeting IP56 standards.

Key Features include:

            • Electric controls for effortless rise and slide, along with manual swivel positioning

            • Memory function through two programmable memory positions offering a tailored experience

            • Flexible installation and a wide range of plug and play options
