Battle Born Expands Product Line to Include New Inverter/Chargers, Batteries, and Fully Redesigned Mobile App

December 2, 2025

Battle Born® (manufactured by Dragonfly Energy) is introducing the next wave of its power solutions lineup, featuring all-new inverter/chargers, smaller-capacity LiFePO₄ batteries, and a fully redesigned mobile app. Designed to give customers more choice and simpler system integration, this launch marks the first phase in a broader rollout of next-generation Battle Born power solutions.

The new product line gives customers a unified, lithium-optimized suite of products that cover everything from portable power needs to full coach or vessel power management. With enhanced system visibility, easier installation options, and broader application coverage, Battle Born continues to build on its reputation for dependable, field-tested lithium power.

“Across every market we serve, customers want power solutions that are easier to install, easier to manage, and easier to trust,” said Tyler Bourns, chief marketing officer at Dragonfly Energy. “These new offerings allow us to meet those needs with a unified Battle Born ecosystem that brings our quality, safety, and support to more applications than ever before.”

Battle Born Inverters

The first offerings in Battle Born’s new inverter series are the 2000W Inverter and Inverter/Charger models, which will deliver pure sine wave power with high-surge capability and seamless integration with Battle Born lithium batteries. These units allow users to confidently run sensitive electronics and demanding loads offering features traditionally found in high-end RV and marine systems.

The new inverter/charger lineup forms the backbone of a more integrated Battle Born power ecosystem, delivering smoother operation, better performance, and greater overall system efficiency.

Battle Born Base Series Batteries

Battle Born’s new Base Series delivers essential, straightforward lithium power designed for those who want trusted Battle Born quality, safety, and support in a simplified form. The first models in the lineup (10Ah, 20Ah, and 30Ah) serve a wide range of smaller 12V applications, including portable electronics, fish finders, mobility devices, compact solar systems, outdoor recreation gear, and general-purpose backup power.

Each battery is built with premium cylindrical LiFePO₄ cells and includes a built-in Battery Management System for protection against overcharge, over-discharge, over-temperature, low temperature, and short circuit events. The rugged ABS housing and weather-resistant construction make the Base Series suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor use.

The Base Series offers more than double the usable capacity of similarly sized sealed lead-acid batteries while maintaining a lighter weight, faster charging, and a service life rated for 3,000 to 5,000 cycles. All models come backed by Battle Born’s 5-year warranty and U.S.-based technical support.

Additional Base Series models are planned for release in early 2026 as the lineup continues to grow.

Battle Born Mobile App V2.0

Launching this November 28 is the fully redesigned Battle Born Mobile App V2.0 introducing a brand-new interface for real-time system monitoring and control. With this update, users can view their entire Battle Born system in one place for easier diagnostics and system optimization.

Applications and Availability

The expanded Battle Born lineup supports everything from RVs, boats, and overland rigs to portable solar gear, mobility equipment, adventure electronics, and remote industrial devices.

With smarter system integration and a growing range of lithium options, Battle Born continues to give customers a sense of safety with power solutions that allow them to go farther, stay out longer, and rely on their power solution systems in any environment.

The new Battle Born products are available starting today, with the redesigned Battle Born Mobile App V2.0 launching November 28. As part of Battle Born’s Black Friday sales event, customers can access limited-time pricing across batteries, system components, and the newly released products.
