The next generation of marine and awning fabrics is here. Available in 3 different product categories; SolarShade, SolarShade FR, and SolarShade Plus FR, this range of products offers excellent breathability, high water repellency, mildew resistance, and outstanding strength and durability. Crafted from advanced staple fiber and spun 100% solution-dyed polyester yarns, our SolarShade products not only provide exceptional value at their price point, and after being tried and tested in the field, have proven to be the top solution for marine covers and tops, shading, and protective covers.

SolarShade is our standard next-generation outdoor fabric. SolarShade provides the discerning user with industry leading hand and fantastic overall performance for all outdoor uses. SolarShade is fully reversible and weldable, and available in 12 colors.

SolarShade FR shares the same features as our standard SolarShade product, but has the benefit of commercial awning grade flame retardancy (NFPA 701 and CAN/ULC-S109). This feature makes it perfect for applications that require effective resistance to heat and flames, such as tents, restaurant and commercial space awnings, and more. SolarShade FR is available in 8 colors.

SolarShade Plus FR once again shares the main features of all SolarShade products, but includes the addition of a solvent-free flame retardant, waterproof, polyurethane backing. Meeting all tent, restaurant, and commercial awning FR requirements – NFPA 701 and CAN/ULC-S109 – this fabric is also waterproof up to 1000mm. SolarShade Plus FR is available in 8 colors.
