When it comes to durability in harsh marine environments, stainless steel is one material that holds its own. Hubbell Marine offers a dependable way to protect exterior power receptacles with its heavy-duty, weatherproof Stainless-steel Flip Covers.

For unrivaled corrosion and impact resistance, Hubbell Marine Stainless-steel Flip Covers are crafted from heavy-duty 316 stainless steel. A durable elastomer base gasket and an EVA back gasket ensure a lifetime of fully waterproof protection.

Two models are available, each offered in Duplex (HBLSS83R and HBLSS84X) or GFCI variants (HBLSS263R and HBLSS264X). Self-closing UL Type 3R covers, fully certified to be rain-tight and ice-resistant, are ideal for exposed spaces like boat cockpits, flybridges or pilothouse exteriors. For even more demanding applications such as commercial vessels or boatyards, UL Type 4X models feature a positive-latching cover. They’re certified to be completely watertight and dust-tight.

Versatile Hubbell Marine Stainless-steel Flip Covers accommodate horizontal or vertical mounting. The highly polished finish provides pleasing aesthetics, while the smooth exterior surface allows easy cleaning. Measuring just 4.85″ W x 3.04″ H, suggested retail prices start at $150 USD.
