SNAME is presenting the 2016 editions of the Chesapeake Sailing Yacht Symposium (CSYS) and the Chesapeake Powerboat Symposium (CPS).
The 22nd Chesapeake Sailing Yacht Symposium, sponsored by the Sailing Yacht Research Foundation, will be held March 18-19 at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. The CSYS is the world’s longest running technical forum dedicated to advancing the study of the art and science of sailing yacht design technology.
Professional yacht designers and a wide variety of sailing enthusiasts travel from around the world to attend the CSYS Symposia to present papers and exchange ideas on sailing. Click here for more information and to register.
The 5th Chesapeake Powerboat Symposium will be held June 14-15 at St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland. The CPS will feature presentations on all aspects of power boat design and construction, particularly relating to:
