Passing of Jim Biddle

July 7, 2026

We learned from Boating Ontario about the news of Jim Biddle’s passing on June 16, 2026.  Jim owned and operated Biddle’s Marine Services for more than 20 years.

Jim was the devoted husband of Sandra, whom he met on a blind date more than 40 years ago. They married on September 9, 1989, and together built a life centred around family, adventure, hard work, and cherished memories.

Jim was a proud and loving father to Derick (Brooke) and Amanda (Mike) and adoring Grandpa to Marek and Brynley. Jim was eagerly awaiting the arrival of two more grandchildren in the months ahead. All of his grandchildren will remember him through stories, laughter, pictures, music and loving memories shared. Nothing brought him greater joy than watching his family grow.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Port Rowan Legion on Sunday, July 19, 2026, from 2 to 4 PM.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Port Rowan Legion Branch 379 or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
