NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES FOR FOUR WINNS AND SCARAB JET IN THE AMERICAS

Laurent Fabre, President of Beneteau, Four Winns and Scarab Jet for the Americas, is pleased to announce the promotion of Andy Lindsay to the position of Vice President of Sales for Four Winns and Scarab Jet for the Americas. Andy Lindsay will be based out of Cadillac, MI, where both brands share headquarters.

Part of Groupe Beneteau, Four Winns and Scarab Jet are both premier fiberglass boat brands and have a rich history in the recreational marine industry. Andy Lindsay has participated in Four Winns’ growth since 1990 when he joined the company as a Regional Sales Manager. Since then, Lindsay has held positions of increased responsibility and leadership, most recently serving as National Sales Manager for the United States and Canada for Four Winns, Scarab Jet, Glastron and Wellcraft.

Throughout his career, Lindsay has been involved in all facets of the boat building business having strategic input to sales, marketing and product development. He has been directly involved with all regions throughout the United States and Canada and he has in-depth knowledge of the needs and concerns of dealers across North America.

In his new capacity, Lindsay looks forward to working with Four Winns and Scarab Jet Regional Sales Managers, and the Dealer Organizations in the Americas.

Following the promotion of Andy Lindsay, Kenda Kennard has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager for Four Winns and Scarab Jet for the Northeast United States territory.

Having worked with dealers throughout North America, Kennard has extensive knowledge of the Four Winns and Scarab Jet dealer network and what is necessary to assist them be successful. She looks forward to serving the dealers in her new territory and assisting them in meeting their goals.

The 2024 Marine Electronics Conference & Expo, held by the National Marine Electronics Association, (NMEA) took place September 16 to the 20th in Providence, Rhode Island. Boating Industry Canada was there for the first time and we were very impressed with what we found.

The association is very well supported and virtually any significant marine electronics company that you could name, was represented there on the Exhibitor list at the Expo as well as all being NMEA members and very supportive of the organization.
