TAYLOR MADE PRODUCTS NAMES DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

Taylor Made Products, a leading supplier to the marine aftermarket, is pleased to announce that Jeff Smith has joined the company as its Director of Sales and Marketing – Consumer Products.

Smith is transferring from the original equipment manufacturing (O.E.M.) division of the Taylor Made Group.

“We’re pleased Jeff is expanding his role and joining the team here at Taylor Made Products,” said David Karpinski, President of Taylor Made Products. “His experience and skills in marketing and content creation are a natural complement to our consumer-facing brand and key to executing sales growth strategies across multiple channels.”

For the last 11 years, Smith has been the marketing manager for Taylor Made Systems (marine windshield and glazing systems), Taylor Made Glass Systems (industrial and off-highway window systems), and Ameritex Fabric Systems (original equipment boat tops and covers). Along with overseeing day-to-day marketing activities, he initiated successful programs that enhanced the customer experience and increased sales lead generation for those brands.
In announcing the appointment, Taylor Made Products also reports that Mike Hauser has been named Director of Sales and Marketing – Marine Aftermarket. Hauser has been the company’s National Accounts Manager for the last ten years.

“Mike has long been a key member of our sales team. The relationships and mutual respect that he has with our business partners are invaluable,” said Karpinski. “Both he and Jeff begin their new roles at a time of strong growth for our company, and we look forward to their contributions as we continue to evolve the Taylor Made brand and expand our product line with exciting new innovations for the marine market and beyond.”
