BENETEAU’S OCEANIS 51.1 MAKES HER DEBUT AT THE UNITED STATES SAILBOAT SHOW

Beneteau’s Oceanis 51.1, the new generation in long-distance cruising, was on display in North America for the first time at the United States Sailboat Show in Annapolis, Oct. 5 – Oct. 9, 2017.

The Oceanis 51.1 features taut lines, a new stepped hull and a well-organized deck plan. This 51-foot cruiser is elegant, cleverly-designed, incredibly comfortable and fast. She‘s a joy to sail on with friends and offers improved performance. With excellent sea keeping and characteristic simplicity, this new generation of large cruisers is both stylish and elegant.

This latest model in the Oceanis collection comes with new customizations and 700 different combinations. To top this, major progress has been made in terms of performance. Marrying speed and great living comfort on board, she has a clear deck plan and outstanding maneuverability. Sailboat Sales Manager for Beneteau America, Chris Doscher, comments, “Even if you’re the kind of sailor who likes to stay well within the site of land, this is one seaworthy boat that’s capable of cruising wherever you want to take her.”
