MOVING A TRAILER IN COLD WEATHER IS EFFORTLESS

Whether due to condensation or ice, cooler temperatures often means reduced visibility in vehicles. Maneuvering a trailer in these situations is nerve-wracking. Even backup cameras become fuzzy and distorted. With a Parkit360 power dolly, anyone can move a trailer, guiding it effortlessly around obstacles and the tightest of corners.

Using a Parkit360 power dolly is simple. It freewheels, so it’s easy to roll it to the trailer. With the company’s innovative Stableloc technology, it’s quick and straightforward to attach it safely and securely to almost any hitch, right out of the box. A simple toggle thumb switch on the handle provides forward and backward motion; steering is one-handed. If the trailer is outfitted with electric or surge brakes, once connected it will automatically set them when the switch is in the neutral position—an important safety feature.

Three models of Parkit360 power dollies are offered, accommodating trailers up to 15,000 lbs. with 2,200 lb. tongue weights. They can be configured to fit the included 1–7/8″, 2″, 2–5/16″ or 50mm ball, or fifth wheel hitches. Compact, they’ll fit into the trunk of a small sedan and weigh less than the average lawnmower.

The device’s robust Bosch electric motor and on board 12V battery with built-in recharger deliver the power. While it won’t work in deep snow, its wide tires deliver the traction to move over almost any terrain. A video is at bit.ly/2r36P5q .
