Prospec Electronics, has released an updated version of its top-selling weather-resistant digital stereo receiver. The Infinity by Harman INFPRV315.2 encompasses everything that made the INFPRV315 so appealing to consumers and OEMs, and adds up-to-the-minute features coveted by boat, motorcycle, golf and ATV/UTV enthusiasts.

The new INFPRV315.2 includes a rear video input for playback on its 3.5″ color TFT screen. With a camera installed in a livewell, for example, it’s easy to check on the health of one’s fish. With a 3.5″ round chassis, it moves away from the rectangular cutout of the earlier model. A 2 ohm stable internal amplifier allows up to eight speakers to be wired in parallel, connecting to the head unit without the need for an external amplifier.Like the previous generation, the INFPRV315.2 is mechless, so it has no moving parts. Its rotary encoder and large buttons make it easy to change settings, even while moving. It includes faceplate display dimming control.

With 50 watts of power per channel at 4 ohms, the INFPRV315.2 has a commanding presence with clear, accurate sound. It features AM/FM, weather band, US and European tuning, and Bluetooth audio streaming with ID tagging. It has an input for USB drives and phone charging, and an auxiliary input. The Infinity by Harman INFPRV315.2 can be installed from the front or rear. The stereo has three pairs of RCA pre-outs, including a separate subwoofer output. It’s pre-wired and ready for a wired remote.
