Navigare Yachting hires three more team members to support its growth in the Americas.

Jesper Rönngard, CEO of Navigare Yachting, announces that three more team members have just joined the company States-side, further affirming its commitment to customers in the Americas.

“These positions were created to strengthen operations, as well as yacht sales and charter bookings,” commented Jesper Rönngard, “We could not be more proud and thrilled to attract such uniquely qualified talent to our ranks.”

Pat Dorning has been appointed Operations Manager for the Bahamas and Caribbean. A native of South Africa, Pat is an accomplished sailor and entrepreneur who honed his technical and engineering skills in the mega yacht industry and as a professional captain.

Phillip Winter joins Navigare Yachting as Partner Manager. An avid sail racer, Phillip has spent most of his life on the water in all corners of the world. Prior to joining Navigare, Phillip helped build one of the largest and most successful dealerships for Beneteau & Lagoon in the Americas.

Kay West is our new Booking Manager. Kay’s extensive experience as a charter agent, her affinity for worldwide travels, and her sincere commitment to customer care are bound to serve her success in this new role, leading Navigare’s charter sales effort in North America.
