Leading boating and sport fishing products manufacturer TACO Marine® has announced that Peggy Sanders is now on deck as the Customer Service Manager at the company’s manufacturing and distribution center in Sparta, Tennessee.

Peggy brings 20 years of customer service management experience to the TACO team.

TACO customer service was recently relocated from Miami, Florida to the Tennessee facility and Peggy has several projects underway to improve the overall experience for TACO customers.

“Most importantly, we are looking to improve overall communication throughout all the different departments because Customer Service works hand-in-hand with every single department in the company,” Peggy said.

“We are also working to automate the product ordering process. The TACO product range is large and diverse and it’s not uncommon to have orders with 100 or more line items. Automation will not only help us process orders more efficiently, it will also allow our customers to conveniently review orders in process,” Peggy added.
