On April 4th, Dave Rozycki, President of Maple Leaf Marinas, announced the successful acquisitions of three Ontario Marinas:

Baysville Marina, Lake of Bays

Wawautosa Trading Post & Marina, Six Mile Lake

Huntsville Marine, Fairy Lake

These three facilities bring the Maple Leaf Marinas portfolio to 15 locations, serving more than 6,000 customers. The most recent acquisition of Huntsville Marine comes with several boat lines, including Princecraft and Monterey.

According to Senior Vice President, Derek Lubert, “The addition of these three facilities will further strengthen the company’s business model which is based primarily on dockage, storage and service. These Marinas are 100% occupied, and have been serving a cottager customer base for over 4 decades. We plan on continuing, and improving on that customer experience.”

We hope to begin construction later this summer with a Grand Opening slated for the spring of 2023.”
