More water in the mop = less time working

Shurhold Deluxe Water Sprite Mop

Apr 23, 2024

Rinsing down a boat after using it removes salt, dirt and corrosive debris. But air-drying leaves unsightly water spots, and mopping is tiring and time-consuming — unless it’s a Shurhold Deluxe Water Sprite Mop. Attachable to any Shurhold handle, it absorbs a massive amount of water, to reduce the time needed to get the job done and with much less wringing. And after a long wait, it’s once again available.

Considered to be the gold standard of chamois boat mops, the Deluxe Water Sprite Mop may be the most absorbent available. The generous number of 2–7/8″ wide fabric strips are perforated for optimal water retention. The unique PVA chamois-like material gets into hard-to-reach areas, like behind handrails, but is still tough enough for repeated use over abrasive surfaces. Mold- and mildew-resistant, it can be stowed damp, and withstands household chemicals. The rigid construction of the mop allows vertical use, like on hull sides, T-tops and flybridges. A rubberized internal guard protects delicate surfaces from being scratched.

The Deluxe Water Sprite Mop is part of the One-Handle-Does-It-All-System and can be used with any of Shurhold’s fixed or telescoping handles. Like the other 40 system attachments, it’s made in the USA and quickly and securely snaps on or off.

Inventor of the One-Handle-Does-It-All-System, Shurhold is the leading manufacturer of professional-grade detailing supplies that help clean, polish and protect vessels. Dedicated to educating boat owners, Shurhold provides key tips for boat value preservation at www.shurhold.com.
