North South Nautical Group and MacDonald Turkey Point Marina form strategic alliance

Mike Burns, president of North South Nautical Group (NSNG) is pleased to announce the appointment of NSNG as the exclusive yacht broker for MacDonald Turkey Point Marina. 

Canada’s largest freshwater marina, MacDonald Turkey Point Marina serves cross-border boaters with 750 seasonal boat slips and 20 boathouses located on 80 acres on the shores of Lake Erie.

A full-service marina, the operation includes a marine maintenance facility, detailing department, used boat sales, boat parts and accessories sales and a seasonal mobile home trailer park with 79 sites.

NSNG will also have exclusive signage rights for all brokerage sales within the marina.  Burns, along with yacht brokers Iryna Granich and Patrick Kwasniewski will be managing the boat sales.

NSNG is the first in Canada, and one of a few select yacht sales operations to attain the rating of “Endorsed Brokerage” by the Certified Professional Yacht Broker program. Mike Burns is a member of the International Yacht Brokers Association.
