Help Us Make Waves! Volunteers Needed for Boating Ontario’s Participation at the Level Up! Career Fair

These exciting events have been happening across Ontario throughout September and sessions will continue until the end of November. These are held in various areas and if there is one scheduled near you, you have a unique opportunity to participate. You can help inspire students and introduce them to the incredible career possibilities in the recreational boating industry! This is your chance to be part of something bigger—by volunteering, you’ll inspire the next generation to explore exciting careers in the marine industry.

Why We Need You: As a valued member of the Boating Ontario Association and the marine industry, your expertise and enthusiasm are essential in showcasing the rewarding career opportunities in recreational boating. By volunteering, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding students as they consider their futures. Together, we can help bring fresh talent into our industry!

How You Can Make a Difference:

            • Engage at Our Booths: Share your passion and knowledge about the marine industry by answering questions and providing insights to curious students.

            • Inspire with Your Story: Talk about your own career journey—real-life experiences can motivate students to explore careers in boating.

            • Offer Opportunities: Promote any available jobs or internships from your organization. Your support could be the first step in a student’s new career path.

            • Grow Your Network: Connect with fellow professionals and educators to create partnerships that support youth career development.

Your participation is critical to the success of this event—and to the future of the marine industry in Ontario!

            • October 29th: Lasalle Event Centre, LaSalle, ON

            • November 12th & 13th: Western Fair District Agriplex, London, ON

            • November 20th & 21st: Niagara Falls Convention Centre, Niagara Falls, ON

            • November 26th – 28th: International Centre Hall 2, Mississauga, ON
