If you were a 2025 TIBS show exhibitor then you have already received your space renewal application for the 2026 Show. Make sure to check your email inbox!

If you have not received your application, please let us know right away!

Take advantage of the Early Bird Rate and SAVE!

The Early Bird Rate applies to the 2025 exhibitors, (as well as exhibitors who were not in the 2025 show and prospective new exhibitors). Any exhibitor who wants to receive the Early Bird rate for the 2026 show will be required to return their signed application and 25% deposit by August 15.

After August 15, the 2026 Regular Rates will apply.

It is important for all 2025 exhibitors to let us know what your Space Request is for 2026 before the August 15 renewal deadline.

Note: only space requests with a signed application and a deposit will be considered during the planning and allocation process.  After August 15, we will begin working on your requests and floorplan changes.

We genuinely want to make sure everyone’s space requests are included, and we need to hear from you so that your needs are not left out of our planning.

We are already receiving space requests from past exhibitors and new requests for space. Therefore, it is imperative to know your plans.
